Picnosia reserves the right to suspend or prohibit Your access to the Services at any time and for any reason.

As a paid user, you retain full ownership of the Content you create with the Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, for free users, the Content generated is the property of Picnosia.
By using the Services, you grant Picnosia a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, create derivative works of, publicly display, and distribute any content you input or generate with the Services, including the Content.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the competent commercial arbitration body in your jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by French law.
If you purchase an unlimited plan, we will endeavor to provide you with unlimited access. However, we reserve the right to limit your usage in case of abuse or to ensure the quality of service for other users.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be given for the current subscription period. Additional information regarding billing, taxes, and refunds is available on our subscription page.
Please be respectful and refrain from creating offensive, violent, or illegal content. Violations of our rules may result in suspension or banning of access to the Services.
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your use of the Services.
